The Santa Ana winds were acting up, so the lady who took my order yesterday helped tape a bag underneath the cake box to prevent dust off from entering as well as the top in a way up prevent the frosting from hitting the top flap There weren't as much people at the bakery, so I could hear the bakers in the back chatting it up in Cantonese. For the free check-in treat, I got myself a coffee vanilla mini roll. As a side note, the receipt showed the cashier name to be just "Girls". I definitely appreciated her attention to detail. I swear some of my colleagues can recognize tres leches a mile away. They compared the taste favorably to another place they frequent called "My Bakery". I finally had a taste and thought it was delicious, from the milkiness of the interior with the strawberry/peach combo to the frosting, it was delightful. ”
